Proud of myself for following directions today at Masters practice. Mainset was 10x100’s first 1-5 descending… I actually managed to start at a pace moderate enough to allow for the 1 to 2 sec faster paces as we progressed through the sets. I ended up at my race pace 100yd pace. Believe it or not, its not such an easy feat especially when others around you are not adhering to the specific challenge.
I believe this particular type training is crucial to getting faster and developing intuitive skills for pacing
